Where is my order? -Delivery Update

‘Chris Rockley Studios’ ships with Australia Post. They are currently experiencing a major backlog due to the COVID-19 situation in Victoria. There may be unavoidable delays with shipping, returns and exchanges. For regular updates from Australia Post, click here. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Please note at this time we are not shipping to any other country other than Australia.

All orders are shipped within 1-3 days (Monday-Friday). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a new email on the estimated delivery date along with your tracking details. Simply click the following button and enter your tracking number.

We will endeavour to pack items securely so they arrive safely to you. If your product arrives damaged, we will happily send a replacement. However you must email us a picture of the damaged item first. If you are unhappy with the product for a valid reason, returns will be accepted within a two week period. Upon return your product, payment will be refunded to you.
